One of my family's all time favorite recipes is a pasta dish called Rigatoni. This is an amazing meal for just our family or if we have friends over and need to entertain. The recipe is below:
1 lb lean ground chuck (or you could us ground turkey)
1 box Rigatoni noodles
2 cans rotel
1 small can tomatoe paste
1 onion chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp worcheshire sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 bay leaf
****Brown the meat and drain any liquid off, then add onion and bellpepper and cook on medium high into until onion and bellpepper are tender. Next you will add both cans of rotel and the can of tomatoe paste. Stir all this together, then add of the spices and mix together well. Now add the bay leaf and make sure to cover it up with the sauce so it gets all into the sauce. You may need to add a little bit of water to the mixture at this point to make it just a little soupy. Next, turn this on low/simmer and let all the mixture cook together and the sauce will thicken for about 30-40 minutes (longer=better). While this is cooking together, cook your Rigatoni noodles. When your ready to serve, remove the bay leaf from the mixture, drain the rigatoni noodles, and mix the noodles with the sauce mixture. Now enjoy!! Hope you try this and your family loves it as much as mine!!

That sounds delicious ;-) ! My favourite dish to make is :-

Chicken breast filled with garlic soft cheese and wrapped in Parma ham . Cut a slice in the chicken breast to create a pocket and stuff with garlic & herb soft cheese and wrap in parma ham and bake for 30mins at 180 degs . I normally serve with balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes & smashed potatoes and its really lovely .
