Yes, these foods are great for the mind! Some of them have the Omega fats that are extremely crucial! I make different salmon recipes, but these 2 are always a hit:
Salmon with Maple Syrup
Salmon fillet
Bottle of maple syrup
Some soy sauce, a lot less than maple syrup
Sliced almonds for topping
Mix the maple syrup and the soy sauce together. Pour it on top of the salmon. Top the salmon with the almonds.
Bake covered on 350 for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
Delicious! My brother and law calls it the pancake fish.
Anise Salmon
Salmon fillet
Lower sugar orange marmalade
Salt
Pepper
Anise seeds
Sprinkle the salt and pepper on top of the fish. Spread the marmalade all over the fish. Top with anise seeds (amount to your liking).
Bake covered on 350 for 30 minutes and uncovered for another 30 minutes.
If you like sweet salmon, these recipes are great! We don't like fishy tasting salmon in our house!
Greek Yougurt Breakfast
1 Chobani plain fat free yogurt
3/4 cup berries
3 tablespoons flax seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons Truvia
Mix everything together. So healthy and delicious! This is one of my staple breakfasts! -
Thank you 4 this info, VANESSA! I use NutriBULLET & mix berries, spinach (or kale), a bit of peanut butter, carrots and a banana & it's the best; I add
flax seeds after, oh yummmmm!! :-) VANESSA, you were absolutely GRRRR8888888 on E News last night!! Come on, VANESSA FANS, let E News that we want VANESSA as an ON-GOING FILL-IN, let them know NOW!!!! :-) SMILES to Baby Cam! :-) BlessingS to all, Lizzie -
I love how the picture of spinach was avacados. ;-) A great smoothie is spinach, frozen berries (like Blueberries, strawberries etc) local honey to taste and you can use milk or water. These work GREAT on miagraines and taste fantastic! Sounds gross... but it's really not! -
I wish I could get into dark chocolate, but I honestly can't no matter how hard I try. :(
